  • Training while you’re on vacation.
  • Traveling for work.
  • Too busy to get out and get to the gym. <—-save on travel time.
  • Don’t want a gym membership.
  • If you’re too far away but still want to listen to my B.S.

Personal Training: How it Works

  1. You contact me via this form Click Here where it’s highlighted, put Skype Personal Training in the subject line. Tell me a little about yourself and your goals.
  2. I’ll contact you and if we both feel like it’s a good fit we’ll set up days and times.
  3. Pay me, hey, I gotta eat too.
  4. Get a Skype name (you don’t need a number).
  5. At the agreed upon time we’ll connect on Skype and have at it.

Personal Training Sessions are billed by the SESSION.
Single sessions are only available for current/ returning clients (who haven’t been gone too long).

Consultations: How It Works

  2. I’ll contact you and set up a day and time.
  3. Get a Skype name if you don’t already have one.
