Generally speaking, here's what you should do: SMR: Foam Rolling, Lacrosse ball work, The Stick, etc. Stretch: Hip flexors, Glutes, Chest, Lats, Calves (especially for the ladies who wear heels) Activate: Bridges, Knee Outs, TKE's (yes, I know everyone hates these now.
